Nationality

Medical Eligibility

Educational Qualification Required

  • Candidates applying to the Indian Radio Regulatory Service Group ‘A,’ possess either the aforementioned qualifications or a Master’s degree in Science with a specialization in Physics and Radio Communication, Electronics, or Telecommunication.

Age Limit

(a) IES offers the latest Government jobs for freshers and experienced candidates. So, to be allowed to take the IES exam, the candidates should be between 21 and 30 years of age as of January 1, 2023. Hence, the date of birth should be between January 2, 1993, to January 1, 2002.
(b) The maximum age limit of 30 years can be extended to 35 years for government employees in specific categories. These employees should work in a department/office under the control of any of the authorities mentioned and apply for the examination for eligible service(s)/posts.
(c) Candidates employed regularly in a temporary service within the specified Department/Office for at least three years as of January 1, 2023, are eligible.
