Educational Qualifications

• Electronics: BE/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication with ? 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 + valid GATE (EC).
• Mechanical: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with ? 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 + valid GATE (ME).
• Computer Science: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science with ? 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 + valid GATE (CS).

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 28 years as of May 19, 2025
• Relaxations applicable as per Govt. rules

Note: Only Indian nationals. Final-year students are not eligible.

Selection Process

Shortlisting

• Based on valid GATE 2024/2025 scores (EC, ME, CS)
• 1:7 ratio for each post

Interview

• Technical Knowledge: 40 marks
• Subject-related Awareness: 20 marks
• Communication & Presentation: 20 marks
• Comprehension: 10 marks
• Academic Achievements: 10 marks

Qualifying Marks: General: 60 | Pwbd: 50

Final Selection

Merit = 50% GATE Score + 50% Interview Marks

• Pay Level: 10 (7th CPC)
• Basic Pay: ?56,100/month
• Gross Salary: ?84,000+ with allowances
